We Offer Comprehensive Services
At Legacy, APC, we believe our services should be a byproduct of our relationship with our clients. We provide a comprehensive array of estate planning, probate, and trust administration services so that we can help each client and his or her family from the earliest stages of an estate plan through to the end of the probate or trust administration process. Our services include:
Estate Planning
Estate planning is about more than just who gets what when you die or how to avoid the estate tax. When done right, an estate plan lets you rest easy knowing that when you’re gone, there will still be order in your world.

Probate
Probate is the judicial process by which a deceased person’s debts are settled and his or her property is passed to its new owners. Although it can be lengthy and complicated, we work hard to make it as simple and painless for our clients as we can.
Trust Administration
Many Californians choose to use a living trust as an alternative to probate. Trust administration can still be complicated, but there’s no need to go to court. We help the trustee manage trust property diligently and pass it on to its new owners according to the trust agreement’s instructions.

To serve our clients better, our firm is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and we work closely with our clients’ outside tax, insurance, real estate, and other advisors to ensure the effectiveness of our plan and its successful implementation.
How We Work
Our first step towards building a lasting relationship with our clients is ensuring that they are comfortable meeting and speaking with us from the very start. To help make that first step, we’ve prepared some helpful information about our process and how to prepare for our initial consultation.
