Legacy, APC is an estate planning, probate, and trust administration law firm located in San Diego, California. Founded in 2006 by Pablo C. Palomino, Esq., the ultimate aim for Legacy, APC is to help each client, from first-generation immigrants to those whose grandparents’ grandparents were born in the U.S., realize, protect, and pass on his or her own conception of the American Dream.

Our firm is truly rooted in lasting relationships: Most of our clients find us through referrals from people we’ve helped in the past or from their own financial, insurance, real estate, or tax advisors. Alma Westcott has been our paralegal and legal secretary since our founding, and members of the Palomino family help keep the office running smoothly.

When we’re out of the office, you will still often find us developing the relationships on which our firm is built. We participate in various lectures, seminars, and workshops throughout the area, making new connections with members of the community and strengthening existing ones.

Many law firms are named after their founders or current law partners. But we wanted our name to reflect and serve as a reminder of the most important part of our practice: Our clients and their legacies.
